Current offers

All available devices – with price, operating hours and contents – are in the shop category ResMed CPAP devices. There you also see whether a device comes with a new motor, a humidifier or accessories.

The variants at a glance

Model Therapy type Note
AirSense 10 AutoSet Auto-CPAP: pressure adjusts automatically within the range set by your doctor most widely used
AirSense 10 Elite CPAP with fixed pressure no automatic pressure adjustment
AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her Auto-CPAP with an additional mode for women separate model (built in on the AirSense 11)

Which variant and settings are suitable is decided by your doctor or sleep lab. The technical pressure range is 4 to 20 cm H₂O.

How we test every AirSense 10

  • Device record with serial number, firmware and operating hours
  • Function test and pressure and flow measurement with manometer and flow meter
  • Check of blower running noise and vibration, test of the humidifier heater plate
  • Component-by-component reprocessing (air path with alcohol and UV light, hard-to-reach air channels with steam pressure, blower motor dust-free and without cigarette odour using our own process, housing painted and polished), then guarantee seal

In detail: Used CPAP – how we test.

Operating hours and “new motor”

Every offer states the device's operating hours. If the title says “new motor”, the blower has been replaced – the hour counter keeps running. After approx. 23,000 motor operating hours the AirSense 10 shows a motor replacement notice; nobody can guarantee a specific remaining lifetime. How to read the hours yourself: AirSense 10: operating hours.

Matching accessories

For the AirSense 10 we stock e.g. the water tub, SlimLine tubing 15 mm, power supplies, DC converters for car/battery and spare parts such as blowers. Overview: accessories & masks and spare parts. Note: the water tub and filter of the AirSense 11 do not fit – see AirSense 10 vs. AirSense 11.

Purchase, invoice, guarantee

You receive an invoice with VAT shown; the statutory warranty applies. Whether and for how long a voluntary guarantee applies is stated on each product page.

Which AirSense 10 is right for me?
